We ship by UPS and USPS for quick and reliable shipping. We process incoming orders daily, so your order will be out the door quickly (You should receive within 3-12 days). If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Stated shipping times are not guarantees. Sometimes we will not have items in stock, and will have to order from our manufacturers. In this case, we will ship as soon as we receive the appropriate item(s)

If you are not satisfied with your product purchased from BestGiftOnLine.Com you may return it to us for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. No returns are accepted for engraved items.
